TFP: permanent-electro magnetic chucks for grinding

The permanent-electro magnetic chucks TFP series come from 20 years partnership with most of the grinding machines manufacturers.

Model TFP0: surface composed by steel and resin.
Main characteristics are: total safety, uniform clamping of the workpiece, no heat generation.
The good price/performances ratio let this model the best-seller of our grinding chuck series.

Model TFP1: surface composed by steel and brass.
This characteristic avoids any thermic variation even with low- thicknesses pieces that can overheat during machining operation.

Model TPF: surface composed by steel and brass, with thinner polar pitch in comparison with TFP1.
It's suggested for worpieces with low thicknesses (starting from 4mm).

Electronic control units are equipped with the patended "NUFLUX" system.
This system allows to completely eliminate any eventual residual magnetism from the workpiece, even with alloyed material.
