Quad-Extra patended technology

	TOP PERFORMANCES The exclusive manufacturing increases the magnetic performances as well as lower thichnesses and absolute mechanical stability. The magnetic area is made of a modular plate fixed with special screws to the main monoblock frame. The lean design with no other fixturing elements grants a “Full proof”seal.
	DOUBLE GRID The polar layout "duoble grid" configuration allows to get closer magnetic stitches fora better clamping of small parts. CUSTOMIZABLE The magnet surface presents wider drillable areas and accurate pitch between the threaded holes.
	PUSH-PULL CONNECTOR The PPC waterproof connector is easy in use. The activation / deactivation is quick and easy.
	SELF SHIMMING SYSTEM The new round mobile polar extensions RMP can quick be fixed on the chuck surface with an easy rotation, with no need of specific orientation. RMP extensions increase the magnetic performances up to 20% in comparison to the previous type.
	"MULTIVOLTAGE" Each QX is activable by ST100 or ST200 (available in supply from 110 to 480V), with output fixed at 230V. Low voltages reduce electromagnetic interferences, power consumption and increase the reliability.
