| QUADSYSTEM: The new wave for workholding The QUADSYSTEM magnetic chucks are the revolutionary proposal of TECNOMAGNETE for all machining operations on milling machines and machining centres.
They get easily installed on any type of machine, they don't overheat and being insensitive to any possible electrical break-down, they are intrinsically safe.The "electro-permanent" patented technology used requires the electrical feeding only for few seconds to energize and de-energize the magnetic field, then the connection can be removed while the chuck will keep the workpiece safely clamped.
The workpiece is totally free for the full machining on 5 faces in a single set-up.

The absence of machining vibrations allows QUADSYSTEM to grant high accuracy, to increase the life of the tools and the machine itself. Largest workpieces can be fitted on the machine table thus exploiting at the best all the machine capacities.
